2. Commercial offer :
Following your request, we will prepare and submit a detailed quotation. This offer includes all the necessary information, including the cost and specifications of the replacement part, guaranteeing total transparency and enabling you to make an informed decision.
3. Delivery :
Once the offer has been accepted, we deliver the overhauled part as quickly as possible. Our aim is to minimize your production downtime, which is why we do our utmost to ensure that the part reaches you as quickly as possible, ready for installation.
4. Return of defective part :
Once the replacement part has been installed, the last step is to return the defective part to us. This process is crucial to enable us to maintain the offer previously issued to you.
